I knew Emma Mackie of Cow and Co was going to sell my house the minute she came through the door. She emanated professionalism, drive and enthusiasm, had done exhaustive due diligence on the local market, and from the outset listened to and worked collaboratively with me to meet my requirements for the sale. As a result I appointed Cow and Co and we agreed a listing price at that first meeting. Getting the property ready for marketing was speedy and effective and after just over 3 weeks of well organised marketing and instant feedback from Emma on viewings I accepted an offer. At this stage the sales progression team sprang into action and both James Anker and Charity Nvodu kept me updated on every stage of the sale process by e-mail and phone while advising me as needed on the legal process. I was in touch with Emma throughout and at sensitive moments in the later stages the CEO James Cooley advised and intervened. The sale completed at the offer price in 3 months from going on the market with any delay caused only by the legal process managed by an external solicitor which was at times painstakingly and frustratingly slow.
